摘要
发动机油底壳外形复杂且具有较高的形位精度与批量化生产要求,导致其冲压加工综合实施难度大。通过多工位传递模技术实施,实现了零件自动化与批量化生产。首先,对发动机油底壳工艺进行分析,采用CAE技术驱动模面设计与有限元建模,通过单工位全工序建模方法,模拟了板料的多步冲压成形过程;然后,通过多工位传递模技术的实施,设计了1套8工位自动线传递模,并进行了实冲试验。试模所获制件表面光滑、成形性良好且形位公差符合要求。为高精度深拉延件的传递模开发提供了参考。
The shape of engine oil pan is complex and it has higher shape and position accuracy and mass production requirements,therefore,it is difficult to implement stamping comprehensively.With the multi-station transfer die technology,and the high quality,automation and mass of parts was realized.Firstly,the process of engine oil pan was analyzed,and the die surface design and finite element modeling were driven by CAE technology.Then,the multi-step stamping process of sheet metal was simulated by single-station whole process modeling method,and a set of automatic line eight-station transfer die was designed and the actual punching test was conducted by the implementation of multi-station transfer die technology.Furthermore,the parts obtained by the test have smooth surface,good formability and geometric tolerance meeting the requirements to provide a reference for the development of transfer die for high precision deep drawing parts.
