摘要 为了降低冲压生产成本,在材料、料厚相同,产量相近的情况下,对生产的零件进行套裁设计。根据垫圈生产中的实际情况,筛选了3种垫圈进行套裁设计,在零件对冲裁断面及尺寸精度要求不高的情况下,充分利用冲裁间隙和零件的制造公差对零件尺寸进行微调,将原来2个零件套裁,改为3个零件套裁。对传统冲三垫圈复合模顶件机构进行了改进,将原有的采用联接销顶件,改为弹簧带动顶杆与垫圈卸料套顶件,降低了故障率、提高了模具的使用寿命。合理应用套裁技术,不仅可提高材料利用率,还可简化工艺、减少模具数量、缩短生产周期、降低零件生产成本。 In order to reduce the cost of stamping production,under the condition of the same material,thickness and similar output,the produced parts were designed by nested blanking.According to the actual situation of washer production,three kinds of washers were selected as nested blanking design.Under the condition that the blanking section and the dimension precision of part were not required highly,the dimension of part was adjusted slightly by making full use of blanking clearance and manufacturing tolerance of part,and the nested blanking parts were changed from two parts into three parts.Furthermore,the traditional three-washer compound die ejector mechanism was improved,and the connecting pin ejector was replaced by ejector rob and washer discharge sleeve driven by spring to reduce the failure rate and increase the service life of die.Thus,the reasonable application of nested blanking technology not only improvs the material utilization rate,but also simplifies the process,reduces the number of die,shortens the production cycle,and reduces the production cost of parts.
