摘要 锂电池充电是一个复杂的电化学反应过程,充电过程中存在极化效应,极化效应会增加电池温升和析气,影响充电效果。根据充电过程中电池特性变化将马斯充电曲线划分为预处理、恒流充电、曲线跟踪充电、脉冲充电四个阶段,提出一种锂电池四阶段智能充电方法。针对锂电池的不同充电阶段采取相应的充电策略,动态调整充电电流,在缓解电池极化效应的同时控制电池温升,有助于提高锂电池充电效率和电池使用寿命。仿真结果表明,该方法可以实现锂电池的充电过程,满足充电需求。 Charging of lithium battery is a complicated electrochemical reaction process. There is polarization effect in charging process, which affects charging effect. The temperature and the gas volume are increased because of it. In this paper, the four-stage intelligent charging was proposed. According to the change of battery charging characteristics, the best charging curve was divided into four stages: pre-process, constant current charging, curve tracking charging and pulse charging. According to the different states of the lithium battery, the corresponding charging strategy was taken, and the charging current was timely adjusted. This charging way was helpful to alleviate the polarization effect, control the temperature rise, improve the charging efficiency, and extend the service life of battery. The simulation results show that the method can realize the charging process of lithium battery and meet the charging demand.
