摘要
废旧动力电池存量将迎来爆发式增长趋势,回收处置需求紧迫。废旧动力电池回收处理技术无法照搬现有小型锂电池的工艺路线,尤其是磷酸铁锂电池。介绍了一种废旧磷酸铁锂电池正极材料浸取分离方法和正极材料中元素的提取回收技术,效果明显,工艺简单可行。
Spent power batteries will usher in explosive growth trend, there is an urgent need for recycling and disposal of those batteries. Spent power battery recycling technology can not copy the existing small lithium-ion battery process, especially for lithium phosphoric acid iron(LiFePO4, LFP) batteries. This work introduced a method of leaching and recovery of the cathode material for the cathode material of LFP batteries. The effect of the method is obvious and the process is simple and feasible.
