摘要
本文根据PLM系统在企业内部多年的使用经验,结合现阶段工业汽轮机行业市场和技术变化带来的挑战,提出基于汽轮机设计平台的PLM系统,介绍了汽轮机设计平台的设计和构架,分析汽轮机在线监控系统与PLM整合的可行性、必要性和设计思路。是智能制造在我国具有代表性的发展方向。
According to the experience of PLM system used in the enterprise for many years and the challenges brought by the market and technical changes of the industrial steam turbine industry at the present stage, this paper puts forward the PLM system based on the steam turbine design platform, introduces the design and frame of the steam turbine design platform, and analyzes the feasibility, necessity and design idea of integrating turbine on-line supervisor system with PLM are analyzed. It is a typical development direction of intelligent manufacturing in China.
