D25N内缸制造技术研究

摘要 东方汽轮机有限公司工业透平事业部研发制造了25MW等级再热垃圾发电汽轮机。该机组高压缸通流采用反动式叶型,中低压缸通流采用冲动式叶型,高中低压合缸。汽缸由前汽缸、后汽缸两部分组成,通过垂直法兰连接。前汽缸为双层缸,外缸内装有高压内缸及持环,其中高压1~10级静叶装于高压内缸,11~15级静叶装于持环上。本文着重对该机组前汽缸内缸制造进行了介绍,其中就汽缸车削方案以及内缸反动式静叶装配进行详尽的介绍。 Industrial turbine division of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., LTD. has developed and manufactured the steam turbine of25 MW grade reheat waste power generation. The high pressure cylinder flow of the unit adopts reaction blade type, middle and low pressure cylinder flow adopts impulse blade type, high and low pressure cylinder close. And the cylinder is composed of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder, connected by vertical flange. The front cylinder is a double-layer cylinder, and the outer cylinder is equipped with a highpressure inner cylinder and a holding ring, in which the high-pressure stator blades of 1-10 classes are installed in the high-pressure inner cylinder, and the stator blades of 11-15 classes are installed on the holding ring. This paper mainly introduces the manufacture of the inner cylinder of the front cylinder of the unit, including the turning scheme of the cylinder and the assembly of the inner cylinder reactionary type stator blade.
