四川省高职高专院校专利现状分析及对策研究

The Analysis of Patent Status and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational Colleges in Sichuan Province

本文以四川省65所高职高专院校的现有专利作为研究对象,从专利总数、授权且有效专利数、专利类型、专利的现有权利状态、院校类型与专利授权量之前的关系等对样本专利进行深入分析,分析后发现四川省高职高专院校存在专利质量不高、不同院校之间发展不平衡、部分院校专利意识薄弱等问题,最后建议通过加强以专利为主的知识产权宣讲教育工作,建立以专利指引为导向的科技管理体系,重构科研人员的职称评定体系等方式,使高职高专院校的科技创新能力在四川省的社会经济发展中发挥更大作用。

Based on Sichuan Province 65 vocational college of the existing patent as the research object, from the total number of patents, licensing and effective patents, patent type and patent rights existing state, the types of colleges and universities and the relationship of patent grant before for samples, analyzing patent analysis found that exist in higher vocational college of Sichuan Province after the patent quality, unbalanced development between different colleges and universities, some universities patent consciousness weak, finally suggested by strengthening education work is given priority to with patent intellectual property rights, establishing patent guide oriented management system of science and technology, reconstruction and technical titles of scientific research personnel system, the ability of scientific and technological innovation of higher vocational colleges plays a greater role in the social and economic development of Sichuan Province.
