摘要 针对继电器-接触器控制系统的缺点,以M7130平面磨床为研究对象,利用小型PLC稳定性好、可靠性高、通用性强的特点,采用软件编程与功能仿真相结合的方法,对机床的电气控制系统进行技术升级与功能优化。根据加工工艺和控制要求,分析了原机床电气控制原理,提出了一种改进电磁吸盘弱磁保护措施的方法,给出了PLC的I/0线路和软件流程,编写了机床控制程序,进行了应用程序仿真与设备功能调试,验证了机床运行的效果。实际运用结果表明,机床运行稳定可靠、安全性高、可维护性强,证明该控制系统设计合理,具有较高的工程实用价值。 Aiming at the shortcomings of the relay-contactor control system, the M7130 surface grinding machine was taken as the research object. With the characteristics of good stability, high reliability and strong universality of small PLC, the electrical control system of the machine tool was upgraded with technology and performance optimization by combining software programming and function simulation. According to the requirements of the processing technology and control, the electrical control principle of the original machine tool was analyzed in this paper, which put forward a method to improve the weak magnetic protection measures of the electromagnetic chuck was proposed, and the I/0 connection of PLC and the software process were given, and the control program of the machine tool was written, and the application simulation and equipment function debugging were carried out, and the operation validity of the machine tool was verified. The results show that the machine was stable, reliable, safe and maintainable, and it was proved that the PLC control system was of higher practical engineering value.
