摘要
平面二次包络环面蜗杆传动是一种重要机械传动方式,具有精度高,噪音低,应用广泛。本文针对平面二次包络环面蜗杆提出了虚拟测量概念,基于UG软件,利用MATLAB工具仿真进行平面二次包络环面蜗杆虚拟测量误差计算,在UG软件实现二次开发,开发出测量模块,建立测头模型在空间确立与加工曲面位置关系,提出范成法对平面二次包络环面蜗杆加工精度廓面误差进行测量,为智能测量提出技术支撑。
The planar double-enveloping annular worm is an important mechanical transmission mode, with high precision, low noise, which is widely used. This paper puts forward the concept of virtual measurement,based on the UG software plane, the simulation using MATLAB tools for the virtual measurement error calculation of the planar double-enveloping annular worm, in UG secondary development software, developed by measuring module, gauge head model establishment and machining surface in the space position, thus it put forward the generation method of planar double-enveloping annular worm to measure the machining precision contour surface error, technically presenting the support to the intelligent measurement.
