不同强度卧推练习对篮球运动员上肢快速力量的影响——以高强度卧推和中低强度快速卧推为例

摘要 篮球运动员上肢力量加强与投篮命中率的提高有着不可分割的联系。在比赛中,投篮大部分是在强对抗情况下进行的,在强对抗的情况下,没有较强的上肢力量作保证,就很容易使投篮动作变形,导致命中率下降。该文采用实验法、文献资料调研等方法对16名专业篮球运动员分成两组,一组进行6周高强度卧推训练,另一组做中低强度卧推训练,于训练前、后测试受试者坐推实心球距离,评价其训练效果。结果表明两组受试者坐推实心球的成绩比较未训练前均有明显提高。
