摘要
骑自行车通勤作为一种积极的通勤方式,能显著的提高人们的健康水平。该文对有关自行车骑行作为交通通勤方式对健康的影响的横向和纵向研究文献进行了综述。通过对综述的9篇文献的研究结果进行归纳,得出了骑自行车通勤对提高人们的心肺机能等健康体适能水平、减少慢性疾病的风险等具有显著地积极作用的结论。尽管仍然需要更多的干预研究对以上结论进行进一步的验证,但是目前的研究已经得到了自行车骑行作为交通通勤方式会对健康产生积极影响的初步证据。
Cycling can significantly improve people’s health as an active commuting mode.This paper reviewed relevant cross-sectional and longitudinal researches,thus 9 papers are identified as meeting the standard.Results show that commuting bicycle use is positively related to the improvement of health related fitness (e.g. cardiovascular performance) and decrease of chronic disease. Although more intervention study is needed, the current researches provides preliminary evidence of the positive effect of commuting cycling.
