摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈、数理统计等研究方法,以南昌市4县6区的8所特殊教育学校的体育教师为调研对象,就师资队伍的各种现状进行深入系统的调查与分析,包括年龄、学历、职称、进修现状等。调研结果显示:体育教师队伍以中青年教师为主,女教师比例偏少;缺乏特级职称的体育教师,学历结构偏低,以大专学历为主;体育教师在教学与科研水平上尚有很大的发展空间。并针对体育教师队伍结构中存在的问题提出了相应的建议。
With eight special schools of 4 counties and 6 districts in Nanchang City as the object of study,through using the research methods of questionnaire survey,literature,interview survey,data statistics,this paper made in-depth investigation and analysis for teachers' age structure,academic structure,professional title structure,learning situation.Research results show that:the contingent of PE teachers in young and middle-aged teachers,female teachers proportion less;lack of special professional sports teachers,academic structure is low,give priority to with college degree;PE teachers have development space in the level of teaching and scientific research on the great.And this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions aiming at the existing problems in the structure of PE teachers.
