摘要
网球运动是一项集健身、时尚、休闲、观赏及娱乐于一体的体育运动项目。目前高校网球教学中仍普遍采用教师讲、学生听的传统教学法,其未能充分体现网球运动的内涵,限制了学生对网球项目学习的兴趣,压制了学生在学习过程中的自主、自觉意识,教学的实际效果不理想。故此,该文将尝试教学法引用到网球技术课教学中,经两组对比,分别为实验组和对照组,对比结果表明,在网球选项课的技术教学中运用新的教学方法进行教学,教学效果明显优于传统的教学法,同时充分发挥了学生的自学能力,培养了学生的探索精神和创造性思维。
Tennis is a collection of fitness、fashion、leisure、and entertainment in one of the sports. Still widely used in tennis teaching in colleges and universities teacher speaks、students listen to the traditional teaching method, the failed to fully embody the connotation of sport, limits the students interest in tennis project learning, to suppress the students autonomy in the leaning process, consciousness, teaching actual effect is not ideal. Therefore, this article will attempt to teaching method of reference to the tennis technology teaching, the experimental group and control group in the teaching of experimental comparison shows that in the tennis technology option class teaching with new teaching method in the teaching, the teaching result is superior to the traditional teaching method, and give full play to the students self-study ability, cultivate the students exploring spirit and creative thinking.
