摘要
以减小飞机直流母线变换器的体积为目的,对电源变换器的高频化技术进行研究。采用磁耦隔离与放大电路相结合方式来保证驱动的高速性,通过对交流电源进行整流方式来保证驱动供电的简捷性。通过磁性材料的对比研究,确定铁氧体磁芯更为适合高频应用,频率每提高1倍,则变压器体积减小为原来的70%,电感器体积减小为原来的50%。通过各类电容的对比研究,发现陶瓷电容在高频下具有较优的电流纹波承载能力,且单位容量对应的体积适中。实测结果表明,通过提高频率可有效减小电源体积。
To reduce the volume of aircraft’s DC bus converter,the high frequency technologies of power converter is studied.Magnetic coupling isolation and amplifier circuit are used to ensure that drive has high speed,and drive power supply is achieved by rectifying the AC power supply to keep that drive power supply is simplicity.Through the comparative of magnetic materials,it is determined that the ferrite core is more suitable for high-frequency applications.When the frequency increases 1 times,the transformer volume is reduced to 70%,and the inductor volume is reduced to 50%.Through the comparative of various capacitors,it is determined that the ceramic capacitance has better current ripple bearing capacity at high frequency,and the volume per unit capacity is moderate.Experimental results verify that power supply’s volume can be effectively reduced by increasing the frequency.
