摘要
为对大容量非晶合金铁心变压器(Amorphous Cores Trans-formrs,AMT)的可行性和损耗降低效果进行验证,本文对铁损降低的7t重非晶合金铁心,提出了设计方法及支撑结构,并设计和制造了一台铁心插入支撑框架内的10MVA单相试验模型。其结构具有应力缓冲的铁心支撑,可防护来自绕组的电磁力,以及降低杂散损耗的屏蔽。由计算和测量结果建立的试验模型,与相同功率容量的常规硅钢片变压器(SST)相比,其负载总损耗已由50%降低到35%。
The design method and support structure are proposed on the 7 t amorphous alloy core whose iron loss decreases.Also,a set of10 MVA single-phase test model that iron core inserts into the brace frame are designed and manufactured,with an obvious decrease of total load loss.See the body for details……
