摘要
分析了无刷直流电机的工作原理,研究了根据电机端电压进行反电势过零点检测,进而获得无刷直流电机转子换相位置的方法,阐述了无位置传感器无刷直流电机的三段式启动方法。设计了基于PIC单片机的无刷直流电机控制系统硬件电路和软件程序,对所设计的无刷直流电机控制系统进行了实验验证,实验结果表明,无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统可以顺利启动,启动后可获得准确的转子换相位置,稳定可靠地运行。
The working principle of brushless DC motor(BLDCM)was analyzed.The zero-crossing point detection of back EMF based on motor terminal voltage was studied,and the method of rotor phase displacement about BLDCM was obtained.The three-stage starting method without position sensor of BLDCM was expounded.The hardware circuit and software program of the BLDCM control system based on PIC microcontroller Unit(MCU)were designed.The control system of the brushless DC motor was experimentally validated The experiment results show that the sensorless BLDCM control system can start smoothly,obtain accurate rotor phase displacement after start,and runs steadily and reliably.
