摘要
选择特克塞尔与东北半细毛羊杂种公羊 16只 ,平均体重 4 0± 1.2 0 kg,采用 2× 2析因试验设计。豆饼日粮主要以豆饼为氮源 ,在此基础上加 (S1)与不加 30 mg· kg-1脲酶抑制剂 (S0 )共两个水平 ,尿素日粮主要以尿素为氮源 ,在此基础上添加 30 mg· kg-1脲酶抑制剂 (U1)和不添加 (U0 )共 2个水平。在消化试验和代谢试验中不同组动物分别饲喂这 4种日粮 ,以研究在不同氮源日粮中添加氢醌对营养物质的消化率和氮平衡的影响。结果表明 ,日粮中粗蛋白质、有机物、干物质和中性洗涤纤维不受氮源的影响也不受氢醌添加与否的影响。然而 ,在日糖中添加氢醌能使酸性洗涤纤维的消化率提高 18% (P <0 .0 5 )。尿素氮在尿中的排出量在不同氮源日粮间差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。不同氮源或氢醌添加与否对氮平衡没有产生影响。在整个试验中氮源与氢醌之间的互作效应不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。在豆饼日粮中添加氢醌具有减少尿中尿素氮排出量的趋势 ,这说明氢醌很可能具有改善内源尿素氮利用率的作用。上述结果表明 ,在全混合日粮中添加氢醌能够提高酸性洗涤纤维的消化率 ,但对其它养分的消化率和氮代谢没有产生不良影响 (P >0 .0 5 )
Sixteen intact crossbreed(Texel×local breed)lamb,weighting approximately 40 kg each,were used in a 2×2 factorial design experiment to evaluate the effects of HQ on nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance.The four rations containing soybean meal (SBM) or urea as main nitogen source with or without HQ(S1,S0,U1 and U0 respectively)were fed in digestion and nitrogen balance trials.Apparent digestibility of CP,OM,DM and NDF did not affected by either nitrogen source or addition of HQ,but addition of HQ improved ADF digestibility significantly(P<0 05)by 18% regardless of nitrogen source.There was significant difference between urea-N excretion in the urine(P<0 01))for SBM ration and urea ration.However,neither nitrogen source nor HQ addition altered nitrogen balance.No interactions between nitrogen source and HQ were observed throughout the trial.Administration of HQ in SBM ration tended to decrease urea-N output in urine,indicating that this urease inhibitor was likely to improve endogenous urea-N utilization.Results of this study demonstrated that addition of HQ to total mixed ration improved ADF digestion without negative effect on nitrogen balance.$$$$
