摘要
非公经济领域的党商关系决定了非公企业党建的一些新特点,非公企业的党建新生态也使得党的组织嵌入面临重重困难。通过实证调查,研究了党组织在非公企业的组织嵌入状况。
The relation between the Party and the private enterprises brings some new characteristics to the Party's organization in the non-public enterprises,and it also brings some difficulties to the Party 's organization.Through empirical research,the author tries to grasp the situations about the Party's organization in the private enterprises.
