SAV联合CPV对肿瘤病人外周血NK细胞的体外刺激效应

Effects of Cytotoxicity of NK Cells from Peripheral Blood Patients with Cancer to Stimulation of SAV and /or CPV

本文采用~3H-TdR释放试验,观察了SAV和CPV对不同肿瘤病人外周血NK细胞的体外刺激效应。结果表明,在受到SAV和(或)CPV刺激后,NK细胞对肿瘤细胞的杀伤活性明显增强且与其分泌NKCF增加有关。

In our experiment, the response of the NK cells from the peripheral blood of 8 patients who suffered from different kinds of tumor to the stimulation of SAV and CPV were observed in vitro by ~3H—TdR release test. The results showed that the cytotoxic effect of the NK cells increased significantly when the cells were stimulated by SAV and /or CPV. Ctotoxicity of NKCF from the activated NK cells were stronger than that of NKCF from the inactivated.
