摘要
宁RS-1由甘蓝型油菜军农1号、3-67、Midas、Wesroona及花椰菜和白菜型油菜灌县花叶等亲本复合杂交育成。田间抗性鉴定结果表明,宁RS-1对油菜菌核病的相对抗病效果RRA和RRB分别为57.4%和55.7%,达到中抗水平;人工接种鉴定为低抗。利用宁RS-1为亲本,育成了多个双低油菜新品系以及宁杂花叶等双低抗病杂交油菜新组合,在各级产量鉴定试验中均表现良好。宁RS-1还被用于油菜菌核病抗性遗传与抗病基因分子标记研究。
The present paper reported the procedure of breeding for Ning RS-1 which has a medium resistance to sclerotinia stem rot and its utilization in rapeseed genetics and breeding. Ning RS-1 was bred by the complex-crosses between B.napus varieties (Junnong No.1, 3-67, Midas and Wesroona), B.oleracea and B.campestris variety (Guanxian divided-leaf). The resistance of Ning RS-1 might come from B.oleracea and the B.napus variety Junnong No.1. The relative resistant effect RRA and RRB in field disease nursery was 57.4% and 55.7%, respectively, so the resistant type of Ning RS-1 reached medium resistance (MR). In disease inoculation nursery, the resistant type was low resistance (LR). Ning RS-1 had been used as a parent to breed some new double low rapeseed lines and hybrids, which performed well in various yield test trials. Ning RS-1 had also been used in the studies of the inheritance of resistance to sclerotinia stem rot and the molecular markers of resistant genes.
