摘要
对大豆灰斑病抗病品种和感病品种在接种灰斑病菌前后可溶性糖含量的变化进行了比较研究。试验结果表明,接种前,抗感灰斑病品种可溶性糖含量并无明显差别;接种后,抗病与感病品种的可溶性糖含量均呈增加趋势,且感病品种可溶性糖含量的增加量大于抗病品种可溶性糖含量的增加量。
The soluble sugar contents in soybean leaves of resistant and susceptible cultivars were tested. The results showed that there was no significant difference in resistant and susceptible cultivars before inoculation with No.1 Cercospora sojina Hara. After inoculation, the content of soluble sugar in the resistant cultivars and susceptible cultivars, all increased significantly, but the soluble sugar content in the resistant cultivars increased less than that in the susceptible cultivars.
