摘要 小鼠ip PRRT 400mg/kg×5d,脾脏重量增加,腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能加强,血清溶菌酶含量、脾细胞中EAC—RFC及PFC、脾细胞分泌的溶血素水平、血凝素抗体滴度及外周血淋巴细胞ANAE活性均明显升高;而脾细胞中E—RFC无明显变化,足垫迟发型超敏反应受到抑制。豚鼠ip PRRT 40mg/Kg×6d,血清总补体活性显著升高。这些结果表明,PRRT对免疫功能尤其非特异性免疫和体液免疫应答具有明显的增强作用。 After polysaccharides of Rosa roxburghii Tratt (PRRT) at dose of ip, 400mg/kg daily×5d in mice, phagocytose activity of the peritoneal macrophages was enhanced significatly, contents of lysozyme in the sera, levels of hemolysin secreted by splenic cells, and titer of hemagglutinin were elevated apparently. The results further showed that EAC-rosette forming cells (EAC-RFC) and plaque forming cells (PFC) of splenic cells were increased markedly, and that acid—a—naphthyl acetate esterase (ANAE) activity of peripheral blood lymphocytes was increased significantly, while there were no apparent difference in E-rosette forming cells (E-RFC) of spleen. Total complement concentrations of sera in guinea pigs were elevated markedly by ip PRRT 40mg/kg×6d. After ip PRRT in mice, delayed hepersensitivity at the plantae was inhibited. These results suggeste that PRRT has marked immunogical enhancement on immune functions in animals, especially nonspecific and humoral immunity.
