摘要
高通量筛选是一种快速高效、适用于大规模筛选化合物的新型自动化筛选体系,主要由高容量的化合物库、自动化操作系统、高特异性的筛选模型、高灵敏度的检测系统以及高效率的数据管理系统等组成。该技术在新农药创制研究中的应用,可以缩短新农药的研发周期,降低成本,提高成功率。文中还简要介绍了针对不同靶标设计的高通量筛选模型。
High throughput screening(HTS)is a novel technique system in pesticide innovation,with the characteristics of high efficiency,large-scale and automatically operation.The system consists of compound library,automation system,highly specific screening method and sensitive detector,data management system etc.Its application in the innovation research of pesticide will shorten the discovery time,lower the cost and enhance the hit-rates of new pesticide.Some screening methods were introduced in the paper.
