基于机器视觉的覆膜支架缝合定位系统

摘要 传统的覆膜支架缝制过程通常是采用全手工作业的劳动密集型生产方式,这种原始的作业模式不仅生产效率低下,而且产品成本高。针对这种情况,设计了一种应用于自动化缝合设备中的定位系统。该定位系统通过机器视觉实现,根据待缝合覆膜支架的几何特征,运用图像预处理和图像分割,配合Blob分析完成对缝合位置坐标的提取。实验表明,该系统能够自动准确地对大动脉覆膜支架进行缝合定位,缝合定位精度为0.1mm,基本满足大动脉覆膜支架的缝合精度要求。 The traditional sewing process of stent graft usually adopts the labor intensive production method of full manual work,but this primitive mode of operation is not only inefficient but also costly.In view of this condition,this article designs a positioning system that is applied to automatic sewing equipment.The positioning system was realized by machine vision.According to the geometric features of the stent graft to be sutured,the image preprocessing and image segmentation were used to extract the coordinates of the stitching position with Blob analysis.Experiment results show that this system can automatically locate and suture the large artery stent graft with the accuracy reaching up to0.1 mm,so the system basically meets the accuracy requirements of large artery stent graft sewing.
