摘要 炮弹在飞行过程中的状态可以作为评估其作战性能的有效方法之一。针对炮弹在空中飞行时数据采集的需求,设计了一种弹载多通道数据采集存储系统。给出了系统硬件设计框架,采用模块化设计以Zynq-7000系列Soc芯片作为控制核心,结合可编程A/D转换芯片AD7606和大容量Nand-flash存储器实现数据的采集和存储。软件设计层面,采用A/D转换、DMA传输和数据存储相结合的方案,保证数据的有效采集、传输和存储。最后,在转台和飞行实验中,设计的系统对HMC1052地磁传感器进行地磁数据的采集,验证系统工作的可靠性和正确性。 The state of the projectile during flight can be used as one of the effective methods to evaluate its operational performance. In allusion to the data acquisition requirements of projectiles in the air, a missile-based multi-channel data acquisition and storage system was designed, in which the system hardware framework is approved. The demonstrated system uses Zynq-7000 series Soc chipas the logic control. The programmable A/D conversion chip AD7606 and large-capacity Nand-flash memory are used to collect and store data. At the software design level, A/D conversion, DMA transmission and data storage are combined to ensure efficient data collection, transmission and storage. Finally, in the turntable and flight experiments, the designed system collects geomagnetic data from the HMC1052 geomagnetic sensor to verify the reliability and correctness of the system operation.
