摘要
为了解决国内气象部门现有的DZN2型土壤水分观测仪只能实现单只手工检测的现状,以PLC系统作为检测装置的控制核心,提出了一种土壤水分观测仪自动化检测装置设计方案。该方案利用控制程序对装置的升降平台、控制系统、数据采集处理系统的状态进行实时监测,实现了观测仪的自动升降、土盒的自动翻转、4根DZN2型土壤水分观测仪同步检测等功能。完成了土壤水分观测仪的自动化、批量化、标准化检测,并将业务全流程进行信息化管理,提高了土壤水分观测仪的检测效率和检测质量。
In order to solve the current situation that DZN2 soil moisture observer can only realize single manual detection in domestic meteorological departments,a design scheme of automatic detection device for soil moisture observer is proposed,taking PLC system as the control core of detection device.The scheme uses control program to monitor the status of the lifting platform,control system and data acquisition and processing system in real time.It realizes the functions of automatic lifting of the observer,automatic turning of the earth box and synchronous detection of four DZN2 soil moisture observers.The automation,batch and standardization of the soil moisture observer were completed,and the whole business process was managed informationally,which improved the detection efficiency and quality of the soil moisture observer.
