基于回归分析法的汽车散热试件风洞测控系统 被引量:4

摘要 针对散热器性能的测量要求,提出设计基于回归分析法的汽车散热试件风洞测控系统。采用EJA-E系列差压/压力变送器、温湿度传感器测量大气压力、流量、试件阻力和温湿度等参数,通过MODBUS协议控制变频器来实现对电机转速控制,系统平台采用基于LabVIEW平台开发设计自动测试操作软件系统,并通过PCI-6224数据采集卡传输数据。软件系统设计利用PID算法达到各个工况点风速设定,通过上位机程序实现对于风洞系统的自动控制、测量以及实时数据的存盘,并采用回归分析法,在MATLAB环境下对数据进行建模分析,研究其回归效果。经试验测量运行,此系统运行稳定,大幅提高测量试验的自动化水平,得到准确的阻力特性曲线。 Aiming at the measurement requirements of the performance of the radiator,the design of the wind tunnel measurement and control system based on the regression analysis method is proposed.EJA-E series differential pressure/pressure transmitter,temperature and humidity sensor are used to measure parameters such as atmospheric pressure,flow rate,test piece resistance and temperature and humidity.The inverter is controlled by MODBUS protocol to realize motor speed control.The system platform is based on LabVIEW platform.Develop and design an automatic test operation software system and transfer data through the PCI-6224 data acquisition card.The software system design uses the PID algorithm to achieve the wind speed setting of each working condition.The automatic control,measurement and real-time data storage of the wind tunnel system are realized by the upper computer program,and the data is modeled in the MATLAB environment by regression analysis.Analyze and study its regression effect.After the test and measurement operation,the system runs stably,greatly improves the automation level of the measurement test,and obtains an accurate resistance characteristic curve.
