通过分析社会矛盾调解过程,利用现代信息技术实现社会矛盾调解与管理,有助于提高社会矛盾纠纷调处的工作效率,增强矛盾纠纷排查调处工作的预见性、主动性、科学性、针对性;采用数据挖掘技术发现隐藏的社会矛盾,有利于社会和谐、稳定。基于SSH(Struts,Spring framework,Hibernate组成的Java网上开发框架组合,简称SSH)框架的社会矛盾调解系统采用B/S(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器模式,简称B/S)模式,减轻了开发人员解决复杂问题方案的负担和精力,便于敏捷开发的需求,降低开发成本。

It enhances the efficiency and foresight and initiative and pertinence of social conflict mediation when IT is applied in the social conflict mediation and management through the analysis of social conflict mediation process.Using the technology of data mining to unearth conceal social conflicts could further social harmony and stability.Development of the social conflict mediation system based on SSH(Struts,Spring Framework,Hibernate)and using B/S pattern alleviates the burden and serves agile development while reducing the cost.
