摘要
文章围绕大型企业信息系统运维服务体系的建设重点,通过识别工作关键点,提出围绕3项核心工作,强化运维"四化"应用建设,关注5个重要支撑方面,打造信息系统运维服务的长效管理机制,保证信息系统运维管理策略得到贯彻执行,促进信息系统运维管理流程在日常工作层面的集中应用,保证信息系统全面运维体系化管理的常态化,推动大型企业信息系统运维服务从基础性的IT运维工作向以问题为导向的IT服务管理发展。
This paper focuses on the key points for building of large-scale enterprise information system operation service system.Through the identification of key points,the paper puts forward the method of going around the 3core works to strengthen the operation and maintenance with attention to 5important supports,to build long-term management mechanism of information system maintenance services,to ensure management strategy implementation,to promote the centralized the management process in daily work level,to ensure the normalization of comprehensive management,and to promote large-scale enterprise information system maintenance service IT service management development from the basic IT operation and maintenance work to the problem oriented service management.
