计算机和通信技术的进步,使网络应用越来越广泛。网络实现了资源共享,为国土资源管理提供了更加便捷、灵活的服务。但是,由于网络连接的多样性、设备分布的不均匀性以及网络的开放性、互联性,使得网络信息容易泄露,网络安全和保密的重要性与日俱增。因此全方位、有针对性地采取切实有效的安全措施,确保网络系统安全就成为一个至关重要的问题。

The fast development of the computer and network communication technology,make them more widely used.Network realizes the sharing of resources,which provides a more convenient and flexible service for the management of Land and Resource.However,due to the diversity of network connections,uneven distribution of the equipment,as well as the open and connected network,make the network information easily leak.The network security and secrecy become more and more important.So taking comprehensive and effective security measures to ensure network security has been a critical issue.
