The Practical Research of Planning Examination Approval System based on Project Life Cycle

当前规划行政审批在不断提速,数据的种类和数据的融合也在不断增多和加强。文章立足规划行政审批,以规划项目全生命周期为设计理念,综合考虑规划项目在行政审批过程中的可变性与关联性,设计了基于项目全生命周期的规划审批系统,重点研究了规划项目数据信息的组织关联,为规划项目信息的完整性、准确性和时效性提供保障,探讨并实现基于项目全生命周期的规划审批工作。

Based on planning administrative examination and approval,taking the whole life cycle of project planning as the design idea,this paper comprehensively sdudied planning project in the variability in the process of administrative examination and approval and relevance,design based on the lifecycle of the project planning examination and approval system design,focusing on the planning project data information organization,information for planning project of the integrity,accuracy and timeliness guarantees and explored and implemented the work of examination and approval of planning based on the total project life cycle.
