摘要
随着科学研究的复杂性越来越高,传统科研工作方式已无法适应现代科学研究的变化和要求,科研人员迫切需要利用信息化技术提供一个可以打破时间空间界限进行团队交流和知识共享的协作平台,但是军工院所事业的特殊性质又决定了在科研活动中产生的数据大多涉及国家秘密,因此平台的设计实施必须充分考虑信息安全保障的需求。文章以我研究所为例,探索在涉密网内保密管理体系下e-Science的落地过程和实施模式,以有效支撑科研团队发挥协同效应,为培育可持续创新发展的能力奠定基础。
With the increasing complexity of scientific research,the traditional ways of scientific research can no longer adapt to the changes and requirements of modern scientific research.Scientific researchers urgently need to use information technology to provide a collaborative platform for team communication and knowledge sharing that breaks the time and space boundaries.However,the special nature of military institutes determines that most of the data generated in scientific research activities involve state secrets,so the design and implementation of the platform must fully consider the needs of information security.Taking my institute as an example,in this paper,we explore the landing process and implementation mode of e-Science under the confidential management system in the secret network,so as to effectively support the scientific research team to play a synergistic effect,and lay the foundation for cultivating the ability of sustainable innovation and development.
