中外体育社团运行机制比较研究

The Comparison of Community of Running Mechanism between China and Foreign Countries

体育社团的发展是影响我国体育事业管理体制改革的核心环节,其发展走向是影响我国体育事业发展走向的重要因素之一。本文通过文献资料法、比较分析法等对中国和国外的几个发达国家的体育社团管理模式特点进行了比较,并以德国作为发达国家的代表,对中外体育社团运行机制进行比较,最后,对中国体育社团运行机制改革提出了几点建议。

The development of the sports community is the core of the reform of management system of our country sports enterprise,its development trend is one of the important factors that influence our country sports enterprise development trend.This article through the literature material law,comparative analysis on Chinese and foreign sports community management mode characteristics of several developed countries,and taking Germany,as the representative of the developed countries comparis to Chinese and foreign sports organization operating mechanism,and finally,puts forward some Suggestions for the Chinese sports community operating mechanism reform.
