摘要
本文从理论上分析了由于发动机工作时转速存在波动,运用现行的转速计量校准方法对发动机的转速测量装置进行计量不能正确反映转速测量装置的误差。通过建立发动机的转速模型,并进行仿真计算,发现采用固定测量圈数和固定测量时间间隔方法在一定条件下能有效地校准发动机的平均转速。经进一步的实验研究,证实了理论分析和仿真研究的正确性。
The authors analyze the engine speed on theoretically and find out that the current speed measurement approach can not give the correct engine speed,because of the fluctuation engine speed.Through establishing an engine speed model and simulation,the mean engine speed can be measured accurately to measure the duration that engine rotate constant cycles or measure the cycles that engine works on constant interval.Further experimental investigation proves that the speed calibration method presented in this paper is effective.
