摘要
通过对XDB型电能表检定装置结构、原理的分析,除电流、电压互感器、各种指示仪准确度等级低以外,还存在电原理设计不合理的问题。按照JJG307-2006和JJG596-1999检定规程的要求,应在三相电压、电流对称的情况下检定电能表的检定需求,提出将移相器装在电流回路中,而在电源部分设置一个电压相位补偿器,这样会避免电流回路受电源波动的影响给电能表检定带来的误差。
Based on the XDB type electric energy meter calibrating device structure,principle analysis,in addition to current,voltage transformer,all kinds of indicator accuracy low outside,still existing electrical principle design unreasonable problem.According to JJG307-2006 and JJG596-1999 verification code requirements,should be in the three-phase voltage,current symmetry case test electric energy meter verification requirement,put forward the phase shifter is mounted on a current loop,and in the power section sets a voltage phase compensator,this will avoid the current loop of power supply fluctuations for electric energy meter the error caused by.
