摘要
轮胎均匀性是影响车辆行驶性能的重要参数之一,本文简单介绍了轮胎均匀性及测试原理。通过对基础性原理的推导,提出了轮胎均匀性全量程校准的整体方案设计,机械结构及安装要求的设计。并对测量的数据进行了分析和论证,利用最小二乘法原理确定轮胎均匀性的全量程标定系数。为提高我国轮胎均匀性试验机的检测精度提供理论依据。
Tire uniformity is one of the important parameters for vehicle performance.Uniformity and testing mechanism of tire uniformity is introduced in this paper.Based on the situation,method of full-scale calibration,the design of the mechanical structure and installation requirements for the tire uniformity testing system is proposed in the paper,The way of data processing for tire uniformity testing is also proposed,it will promoting the development of the tire uniformity testing machine and the tire industry.
