摘要
为了更准确合理地分析评价汽车的振动舒适性,利用小波分析对汽车振动数据进行去噪处理,并结合主观评价对ISO 2631-1997评价法做出了改进。基于ZigBee技术设计了汽车振动信号无线采集网络,依据LabVIEW开发了分析系统软件,构建了一套汽车振动舒适性无线测试系统。以公交客车为例对系统进行了试验,并分别运用改进的评价法与传统的ISO 2631-1997评价法对该公交车的舒适性做出了评价,结果验证了改进的评价法的有效性。
To make more accurate and reasonable analysis and evaluation of vibration comfort of vehicle,using wavelet analysis to remove the noise of the vibration data of vehicle,and improved the ISO 2631-1997 evaluation method combining with the subjective evaluation.Designed the vibration signal wireless collecting network based on ZigBee technology,according to LabVIEW developed analysis system software,built a set of vibration comfort wireless test system of vehicle.Take a bus as an example to test the system,and evaluated the comfort of the bus through the improvement of evaluation method and traditional ISO 2631-1997 evaluation method,the result proved the effectiveness of the improved method.
