摘要
介绍一种基于STM32的血液净化加热控制系统。使用一对DS18B20温度传感器实时检测血液净化过程中流出人体(T1)和净化后即将流入人体的血液温度(T2),LCD用于显示实时温度、加热器是否工作等,系统可通过RS485接口与PC通信。以患者流出的血液温度为依据设定适宜的加热目标温度(Tmod),根据Tmod与T2的温度差以反馈调节的方式控制薄膜加热器的通断,达到对患者个体有针对性的个性化治疗目的。系统在减缓因患者个体差异导致的低血压等透析并发症的同时,保证患者治疗过程中的舒适度与血液净化效果。经测试系统视觉效果良好,硬件简单可靠,抗干扰能力强,易于功能扩展。
A heating control system of dialysis based on STM32 MCU is introduced. A pair of DS18B20 temperature sensor is used for real-time measuring the temperature(T2) of blood from the body(T1) and the temperature of blood flowing into the human body(T2) after dialysis. LCD is used for display real-time temperature and the heater on or not etc. Data communication between PC and the system is based on RS485 interface. The target temperature(Tmod) is based on the temperature of blood flowed out from body. According to the temperature difference between Tmodand T2,feedback regulation controls the heater to achieve the purpose of individualized treatment. In reducing hypotension complications of dialysis caused by individual differences in patients the system ensures patients comfort and blood purifying effect while treatment. Test shows that the visual effect of system is well. Hardware is simple and reliable,strong anti-interference ability,and easy to extend.
