光泵磁力仪磁屏蔽筒的尺寸设计 被引量:11

摘要 为设计原子光泵磁力仪中的高屏蔽效能磁屏蔽体,修正了多层磁屏蔽筒轴向屏蔽效能公式,并对比验证多层磁屏蔽筒各尺寸参数对轴向屏蔽效能的影响。对3层磁屏蔽筒模型应用Ansoft Maxwell建模仿真得到中心点磁屏蔽效能159.77 d B,公式计算结果为167.5 d B,研究结果表明修正的磁屏蔽筒轴向屏蔽系数公式比现阶段研究中的屏蔽筒轴向屏蔽系数公式(170.5 d B)具有更高的准确度,且参数对磁屏蔽效能的影响趋势与仿真具有较高的一致性。在其他尺寸参数相同情况下,3层磁屏蔽筒轴向长度间隔为46.5 mm时,轴向屏蔽效能存在最优值167.486 d B,在地磁场环境中剩磁小于0.6 p T,对磁屏蔽筒的尺寸设计具有重要指导意义。 To design magnetic shielding body with high magnetic shielding effectiveness for optical pumped magnetometer,the axial magnetic shielding cylinder effectiveness formula of multi-layer is corrected. Effect of each dimension parameter on multi-layer axial magnetic shielding cylinder effectiveness is verified by contrast. Ansoft Maxwell model simulation is used on 3-layer magnetic shielding to obtain the magnetic shielding effectiveness of the center point of 159. 77 d B,the calculation result of the formula is 167. 5 d B. The results show that the axial shielding coefficient of the modified magnetic shielding formula has higher accuracy than the axial shielding coefficient formula( 170. 5 d B) in the current research. The influence trend of parameters on magnetic shielding performance is highly consistent with the simulation. In the case of other size parameters are the same,axial magnetic shielding effectiveness exists the optimal value of 167. 486 d B,remanence in geomagnetic field environment is 0. 6 p T when the axial interval of three-layer magnetic shielding cylinder is 46. 5 mm,which has guiding significance in magnetic shielding cylinder design.
