摘要
针对国内浆液型电磁流量计测量水煤浆流量时出现波动大、甚至回零的问题,采集现场水煤浆信号,进行时域和频域分析,找出其无法稳定测量水煤浆流量的原因。根据水煤浆信号的特征,提出基于励磁频率高次谐波分析的信号处理方法,选取受浆液噪声干扰小的高次谐波幅值来反映流量信号的大小,有效地避开了水煤浆噪声的干扰。在基于DSP的电磁流量计硬件系统上,实时实现水煤浆处理算法,并在现场进行实验。实验结果表明,测量的实时流量波动小于1 m^3/h,与现场实际流量的工况相吻合。
Aiming at the problem that there are seriously fluctuation or even zero flow rate when the domestic electromagnetic flowmeter is used to measure coal-water slurry flow,the on-site coal-water slurry signal is collected and analyzed in both time domain and frequency domain. And the reason why electromagnetic flowmeter can not measure the coal-water slurry steadily is found. According to the characteristics of coal-water slurry signal,a signal processing method based on higher-order harmonic analysis is proposed,and the magnitude of the higher-order harmonic is taken to reflect the magnitude of the flow signal in order to avoid the influence of slurry noise effectively. This signal processing algorithms is realized in the DSP-based hardware system of electromagnetic flowmeter,and the experiments are conducted in the field. The experiment results show that the fluctuation of measurement result is less than 1 m3/h,which is consistent with the actual flow rate.
