新型大气颗粒物自动换膜采样装置研究 被引量:4

摘要 大气颗粒物浓度监测对于环境治理和执法十分重要,其测量准确性与采样精度密切相关。目前,国内的采样器大多是单膜采样器,存在适应性差,运行不稳定和测量精度低等问题。设计了一种基于工位方式的空气颗粒物自动换膜采样装置,实现了长时间的空气颗粒物的稳定连续采样。其中,自动换膜机构设计有效提高了换膜的准确性,分离切割器能够对特定粒径的粒子进行有效筛选,温控模块保证了采样器在高低温等恶劣环境下的工作稳定。在中国环境监测总站进行的对比实验表明,基于工位设计方式的自动换膜采样器测量精度达到国家标准,仪器长期运动稳定。新型大气颗粒物自动换膜采样装置有助于我国大气颗粒物监测工作的开展和设备开发。 Through the monitoring of airborne particulate matter,the accurate pollution index can be obtained,which is conducive to environmental governance and law enforcement testing. The detection accuracy of airborne particulate matter depends on the accuracy of their sampling. At present,most domestic samplers are single-membrane samplers,which have poor adaptability,unstable operation,and low accuracy of measurement results. In this paper,an automatic film-changing sampler for airborne particulate matter based on workstation mode is designed,which can realize stable and continuous sampling of airborne particulate matter for a long time. The automatic mechanism is designed to improve the accuracy of film-changing. The separating cutter can screen for specific particle sizes.The temperature control module can ensure the sampler performance at high temperature and other harsh environment. The comparative experiment in China Environmental Monitoring Center shows that the measurement accuracy of the automatic film-changing sampler based on the station design method has reached the national standard. The work of this paper is helpful for the development of airborne particulate matter monitoring and research of monitoring equipment in China.
