小波信息熵在输水管道泄漏检测技术中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 应用美国物理声学公司(PAC)WSα压电陶瓷(PZT)传感器对PE水管管道泄漏振动信号进行了实验,测试了不同孔径、不同的水压下的管壁泄漏振动信号,并测试了环境振动对管壁引起的扰动特性,通过数据分析获得了泄漏信号的标准差,近似熵(AE),小波信息熵(WIE)以及信号的功率谱等测试结果,最终得到干扰信号与泄漏信号在近似熵的表征下两者无法明显区别,在使用小波信息熵的表征下,分离度显著提升,泄漏信号相比于跺脚信号具有更高的小波信息熵等一系列结论。 The leakage-induced vibration signals of PE pipes were measured by PAC WSα piezoelectric ceramic sensor. The vibration signals induced by pipeline leakage under different apertures and pressures,as well as the environmental perturbations were detected.The standard deviation,approximate entropy,wavelet entropy,and power spectra of vibration signals are obtained after signal analysis.Experimental results show that,vibration signals induced by pipeline leakage and environmental perturbation can hardly be distinguished using approximate entropy. However,they exhibit obviously different characteristics in terms of wavelet entropy. Leakage signal tends to be provided with higher wavelet entropy over environmental perturbation,which can be used to identify pipeline leakage in noisy environment.
