摘要 大尺寸钢卷尺目标线纹检定是目前≥5 m钢卷尺检定的关键技术。为解决多相机安装位置固定存在的钢卷尺目标线纹检定不能更改的问题,研究了一种基于移动CCD与光栅计量的大尺寸钢卷尺目标线纹的检定方法,重点研究了5 m检定平台的目标线纹视窗定位控制算法和光栅计量的大尺寸自适应修正方法,解决了大尺寸钢卷尺目标线纹与CCD视窗中心偏差过大带来的线纹辨识错误或无法辨识问题,并在5 m钢卷尺检定平台上将光栅计量精度提高到微米量级。实验数据验证了上述方法的正确性和有效性。 The large size steel tape target line pattern calibration is the key technology of calibration of the steel tape of 5 m and over 5 m at the present. In order to solve the problem that the calibration of the steel tape target line pattern in the fixed position of the multi-camera installation can not be changed, a method of calibrating the target line pattern of large size steel tape based on moving CCD and grating measurement was proposed, and the target line pattern visual window positioning control algorithm of 5 m verification platform and the large size adaptive amending method of grating metering were studied. Using the above method, the problem of line recognition error or unrecognizable problem caused by excessive deviation of the target line of the large-size steel tape to the center of the CCD visual window was solved and the grating measurement precision was improved to micron level in the 5 m steel tape calibration platform. The experimental data verified the correctness and validity of the above method.
