大型钢结构天线结构力学设计与优化

Mechanical Design and Optimization of Large Steel Framework Antenna

摘要 某大型固定式相控阵雷达天线尺寸大,设备多,结构复杂,承受多种荷载,对天线精度要求高,重量要求苛刻。文中以其为例介绍了典型的大型钢结构天线结构力学与优化设计方法,分析了典型的大型钢结构天线的荷载以及工况组合,通过拓扑优化进行系统布局设计,并在此基础上对杆件截面尺寸进行参数优化设计,最后对骨架及节点的强度进行结构分析,从而确保了大型钢结构天线结构力学设计的高刚度和安全性以及轻量化。 A large fixed phased array radar characterized by large size, much equipment and complicated structure is subjected to various loads and has high precision and strict weight requirements.It is expatiated as an example to introduce mechanical design and optimization of the large steel framework. This paper introduces the typical loading and working condition of large steel framework. The best material distribution of framework is obtained by topology optimization first, then size optimization is used to decrease weight further. Afterwards, the strength of important node is analyzed.Result shows that the high mechanical stiffness and safety of large steel framework are guaranteed well.
