摘要
对于各个阶段的可靠性测试,测试样品数量该如何选择,这是产品测试中必然会碰到的问题,样本量太少,会使得样本不具有代表性;样本量太大,又会增加测试成本。因而,对可靠性测试中样本量的估计方法进行了研究,运用统计学原理计算出了可靠性测试的样本量,并通过应用实例证明了该方法的合理性,对于降低可靠性测试成本具有重要的意义。
For the reliability test of each stage, how to choose the number of test samples is an inevitable problem in the process of product test. If the sample size is too small, it will lack of representativeness. And if the sample size is too large, the test cost will increase. Therefore, the estimation method of the sample size of reliability test is studied, and the sample size of reliability test is calculated by using statistical principle, and the rationality of the method is proved by an application example, which is of great significance to reduce the cost of reliability test.
