摘要
探讨了有限元分析方法在产品设计过程中的实际运用,利用Solid Works Simulation有限元分析软件对环境仪器产品进行了可靠性分析。首先,介绍了可靠性试验的目的和有限元分析的一般过程;然后,利用有限元分析方法对环境试验箱的附件进行了分析,结果表明,该附件的结构设计满足要求。
The practical application of finite element analysis method in the process of product design is discussed, and the reliability analysis of environmental instrument products is carried out by using Solid Works Simulation finite element analysis software.Firstly, the purpose of reliability test and general process of finite element analysis are introduced.Then, the accessory of environmental test box is analyzed by finite element method. The results show that the structural design of the accessory meets the requirements.
