摘要
以电动汽车某电机控制器中起控制驱动作用的电路板为研究对象,进行了高加速寿命试验的高温试验。首先,针对试验过程中出现的问题进行了详细的描述、分析,识别出了电路板的薄弱环节和风险点;然后,对重要失效进行了改进、回归验证,确定了失效根本原因与机理;最后,提出了相应的改进措施,对于提高该类电路板的可靠性具有重要的意义。
Taking the circuit board with control and driving function in a motor controller of an electric vehicle as the research object, a high-temperature test of highly accelerated life testing is performed. Firstly, the problems in the test process are described and analyzed in detail, and the weak links and risk points of the circuit board are identified. Then, the important failures are improved and verified by regression, and the root cause and mechanism of the failure are determined. Finally, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed, which is of great significant for improving the reliability of this kind of circuit board.
