摘要
介绍了低频数字相位计的测量原理和校准方法,给出了低频数字相位计相位测量结果的不确定度评定的详细过程,对于低频数字相位计的校准具有很好的指导意义;同时文中的不确定度评定方法可应用于计量校准的其他类似评定中。
The measuring principle and calibration method of low frequency digital phase meter are introduced, and the detailed process of uncertainty evaluation of phase measurement results of low frequency digital phase meter is given, which has a good guiding significance for the calibration of low frequency phase meter, and the proposed uncertainty evaluation method can be applied to other similar evaluation of calibration.
