摘要
在新版的国家推荐标准中已经增加了对辐射骚扰测量中试验桌对测试结果的影响的不确定度进行评估这项内容,但目前国内只有少数的电磁兼容试验室会进行此项评估工作。但实际上,试验桌的形状、结构和材料的介电常数都会对场强的测试结果产生影响,并且这种影响不可忽视。因此,给出了用来确定200 MHz^18 GHz频率范围内试验桌对场强测试的影响和评估其不确定度贡献量的方法和程序,对于在工程实践中评估辐射骚扰测量中试验桌对测试结果的影响的不确定度具有重要的指导意义。
In the new version of the national recommendation, the uncertainty evaluation of the influence of test table on the test results in the radiation disturbance measurement is added, but only a few EMC laboratories in our country carry out this evaluation. In fact, the shape, structure and material dielectric constant of the test table will have an impact on the test results of field strength, and this effect can not be ignored. Therefore, the method and procedure for determing the influence of the test table on the field strength measurement and evaluating the contribution of uncertainty in the frequency range of 200 MHz to 18 GHz are given,which has important guiding significance for evaluating the uncertainty of the influence of the test table on the test results of radiation disturbance measurement in engineering practice.
