摘要
对精益生产与六西格玛管理的特点进行了对比分析,结合GWS当前正在推进的精益生产改善活动的现状,从理论上说明了在GWS把精益生产升级为精益六西格玛管理的可行性和必要性,希望能为公司在提升生产效率和质量改善方面带来新的思路和启发。
The characteristics of Lean production and Six Sigma management are analyzed and compared. And combined with the current situation of Lean production improvement activities being promoted by GWS company, the necessity and feasibility of updating Lean production to Lean Six Sigma management in GWS are explained theoretically so as to bring some new ideas and inspiration to the company in improving production efficiency and quality.
